No Return or Exchange

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

• Every piece is crafted specifically for you, and therefore cannot be resold or exchanged.

• Please review product details, size guides, and customization options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ishathreads01@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

• Once verified, we will assess and offer an appropriate resolution such as repair or replacement.

Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
